PRICES
All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and are retail prices. Unless specified, prices do not include taxes, duties, import fees, service charges, or delivery charges. We reserve the right to adjust prices of incorrectly listed items without prior notice. Customs policies may vary by country, and Vera Uomo is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applied once the products reach your country.
PAYMENT
We accept bKash and Cash on Delivery (only available inside Dhaka Metro).
To ensure safe transactions, Vera Uomo encrypts your payment details using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This ensures that your information cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties. For security reasons, we may request additional confirmation from the purchaser if a fraudulent order is suspected.
DELIVERY TIME & CHARGES
Delivery times depend on courier schedules. Although uncommon, Vera Uomo cannot be held responsible for courier delays. All delivery estimates are based on working/business days.
STOCK
Occasionally, some products listed on verauomo.com may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will notify you. Customers interested in an “Out of Stock” item can leave their email to receive a notification when it becomes available again. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock quantities or prices are found to be incorrect at the time of purchase. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you with the option to cancel.
COLOR OF PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
Product colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s display settings. We strive to represent leather colors and textures as accurately as possible. Since Vera Uomo products are made of high-quality natural leather, slight variations in color and structure between products or collections are natural characteristics, not defects. Please note that leather is sensitive to rain and moisture, so exposure to heavy rainfall should be avoided.

FORCE MAJEURE
Vera Uomo reserves the right to claim force majeure in cases such as strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, wars, or other unforeseen events. This means we may not be able to fulfill agreements in part or in full. Should this occur, we will attempt to notify you.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All products purchased from verauomo.com are eligible for on-spot return to the delivery person upon receipt. Returned items must be in original packaging and unused condition. Refunds will only be processed after returned products have been inspected and approved.
RIGHT TO COMPLAINT
Vera Uomo provides a 30-day complaint policy covering manufacturing or material defects under normal use. This does not include damages caused by improper use, poor maintenance, or unauthorized handling. Complaints must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. Products may then be repaired, exchanged, or refunded depending on the situation.
