REFUND POLICY
Refunds, when applicable, may take 5–10 working days to be processed from our end.
If you cancel your order after the parcel has already been dispatched, or if the cancellation occurs due to customer unavailability, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
For orders confirmed outside Dhaka Metro, the advance delivery charge is non-refundable once the parcel has been shipped.
During the refund process, applicable payment gateway charges will also be deducted. These charges are:
2.5% for VISA/Master Card transactions
3.5% for Amex card transactions
1.9% for bKash/Nagad transactions
Please note that refunds are not applicable for damaged products. In such cases, we offer exchanges or repairs instead.
