Vera Uomo partners with trusted local courier companies such as Redx to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Inside Dhaka Metro: The delivery charge is 60 TK. Payment can be made by Cash on Delivery (COD) or in advance via bKash.

Outside Dhaka Metro: The delivery charge is 130 TK. To confirm an order outside Dhaka, the delivery charge must be paid in advance via bKash. The remaining amount can be paid either in advance or by Cash on Delivery.

Our delivery partner will contact you before dispatching your order. Please note that Vera Uomo cannot take responsibility for courier-related delays, although these are rare.

Return & Exchange
We offer on-spot return. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to the delivery person in its original packaging and unused condition.

Vera Uomo provides a 7-day complaint window covering manufacturing or material defects discovered under normal use. This policy does not apply to damages caused by improper handling, poor maintenance, or unauthorized use.

Complaints must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. Depending on the issue, the item may be repaired or exchanged.
